Installation: decompress the zip file and double click on the file ‘setup.exe’ (or use "Add/Remove programs") and follow the instructions.

In event of problems: if required, download and copy to %systemroot%\system32 the following DLLs:
      - IPHLPAPI.DLL (70 Kb) 
      - MSVBVM60.DLL (690 Kb - zip file)

Launching: the "Axel Menu"  utility is installed in [Start]-[Axel Tools].
