Logo Management (M80 & M85)
A logo (JPEG) can be stored in the terminal. The logo is loaded via AxRM and can be displayed on the terminal’s local desktop and/or as the screen saver.

Displaying an Administrator Message
With the latest version of AxRM a message can be sent to one or more terminals. The message is displayed as a 'pop-up' box and will be automatically closed after a pre-determined time or by the recipient’s click.

Video Display Optimization (M80 & M85)
This optimization allows better rendering for video (flash, youtube…) with RDP and ICA protocols. (Incorporates a new frame based video cache)

Dual Screen for RDP/ICA
Two Axel thin clients (M80 & M85) can be used to provide a dual screen solution. Click here for more information.

RDP Protocol

32bpp Display (M80 & M85)
A new bitmap codec (NSCodec) is supported. This is much more efficient so significantly increases performance for 32 Bpp connections for W2008R2 and Multipoint 2011.
A set-up option also allows the image quality to be tuned.

Persistent Bitmap Cache
The bitmap cache allows the AX3000 to store images (icon, buttons, etc) locally. This can both improve the AX3000 performance and decrease network traffic. Usually the cache is reset each time a new session is established. With the persistent option, the cache is not reset when a session is closed.

RemoteFX (M80 & M85)
The RDP extension is now supported by Axel terminals. This is a provisional implementation offered for test and verification purposes.

ICA Protocol

Audio (M80 & M85)
A new audio codec allows both the bandwidth to be optimized and the quality to be maintained. This codec is only available when connecting to a XenApp6 server
