 In
the AX3000 terminal range, the M75C is now replaced by the M75D.
Introduction
The M75D is very similar with the M75C:
- Metal case with the same dimensions than M75C
- Same connectors than M75C (1 VGA port,2 PS/2
port, 2 serial ports, 1 parallel port, 1 network port 10/100BT and 2
USB ports)
- same performances and same features than M75C
The main difference is the M75D can offer a wireless interface.
The M75D can be ordered with a wireless interface. Or the M75D can
be upgraded to wireless capability later.
The Wireless Interface
The wireless driver is embedded in Axel’s ‘no operating system’
architecture. The interface is compliant with 802.11b and 802.11g.
Axel’s wireless implementation currently provides the following
security levels:
- Encryption: WEP, WPA and WPA2
- Authentication: LEAP and PEAP (ms-chap V2)
